After earning her degree in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal, Stefanie launched her career in HR across diverse sectors including construction, law, and pharmaceuticals. Through numerous projects and varied experiences, Stefanie honed her skills in staffing, organizational development, compensation, benefits, training, health & safety, and more, developing a strong expertise in HR strategies.
In June 2024, Stefanie eagerly joined the Servier Canada leadership team as Manager, Human Resources and Administration. Her role encompasses overseeing all personnel management processes and activities, marking another milestone in Stefanie’s rewarding professional journey.
